Join Janae & Taevon on a sacred journey to restore lives, rebuild communities, and realign humanity with purpose through M.O.L. — Masters of Life. Haiti is where our mission begins, but this is just the first flame in what we pray becomes a wildfire of change.
We are Janae and Taevon—two souls joined by purpose, fueled by faith, and committed to a calling greater than ourselves. This is more than a project. This is our first divine assignment under our nonprofit organization, M.O.L. — Masters of Life.
Founded on the belief that all people are created to live with dignity, structure, and spiritual wholeness, M.O.L. exists to restore lives, rebuild communities, and realign humanity with purpose. Haiti is where that mission begins.
We were led here—not by headlines or statistics, but by the cries we heard in the spirit. Cries of mothers sleeping with their babies on concrete floors, of children locked out of classrooms, of families waiting for a future that never came.
Haiti has suffered for far too long under the weight of disaster, neglect, and abandonment. But where the world sees despair, we see divine opportunity.
Taevon—a close friend, visionary, and trusted business partner—has teamed up with Janae to make this mission a living reality. What began as a shared conversation turned into a spiritual agreement: to rebuild Haiti from the inside out.
Together, we are the first flames in what we pray becomes a wildfire of change.
We believe God doesn't just call us to pray; He calls us to build. Our faith manifests in concrete action that transforms lives and communities.
No one should suffer in silence when the world has the power to respond. We stand for dignity and equality for all people.
Housing, schools, jobs, food, healthcare, environment—nothing gets left behind in our comprehensive approach to community transformation.
This isn't a Haitian mission or an American mission. It's a Kingdom mission that unites people across borders for lasting change.
"Unless the Lord builds the house, the builders labor in vain." — Psalm 127:1
Our goal is to bring lasting change—not handouts, but blueprints. We are building homes, not just shelters. Creating systems, not just solutions. Cultivating a future that generations can grow into.
This work is urgent, sacred, and personal. Haiti cannot wait another year, another storm, or another broken promise. This mission is our first—but it won't be our last.
Haiti, a nation rich in soul but burdened by suffering, stands at a sacred crossroads. Too long have its children gone hungry. Too long have its mothers wept in crowded shelters. Too long have families lived in broken systems—without homes, clean water, schools, jobs, or hope.
We refuse to look away. The time to act is not tomorrow. It is now.

We believe every human being deserves to live with dignity, safety, opportunity, and love, and we know that God has commanded us to care for the widow, the orphan, the poor, and the oppressed.
We are not here to offer charity. We are here to build covenant—with God, with Haiti, and with each other.
Constructing safe, dignified housing so no family sleeps in the dirt or fears the next storm.
Providing immediate relief while empowering local farmers to build sustainable food systems.
Ensuring every child can learn, dream, and lead with purpose through quality education.
Building clinics and training providers for physical, mental, and maternal health services.
From creating jobs to protecting children, from caring for the environment to uplifting justice—every aspect of community life is part of our holistic vision for Haiti's restoration.
This is more than a mission. This is a divine assignment.
We are building a new Haiti—not just in structure, but in spirit. A Haiti that stands tall before the world, unshaken, vibrant, and whole. Every donation, every prayer, every act of service is a seed planted in faith, and God has promised that what is planted in good soil will bring forth a mighty harvest.
"They will rebuild the ancient ruins and restore the places long devastated; they will renew the ruined cities that have been devastated for generations." – Isaiah 61:4
We invite you—no matter where you come from, what you have, or what you believe—to join us. To give. To serve. To stand. To rebuild.
These foundational principles guide every aspect of our work in Haiti and form the spiritual backbone of our mission. Each value represents not just what we do, but why and how we do it—with excellence, compassion, and divine purpose.
Every child, mother, and family in Haiti has inherent worth and dignity given by God. Our work begins with recognizing and protecting this fundamental truth.

We uphold the inherent worth of every individual and promote inclusion regardless of background or circumstance. When people are treated with dignity, communities flourish.
Fairness must be embedded in systems that serve all people equally, regardless of their status, wealth, or connections. True rebuilding requires healing the systems that have perpetuated inequality.
We fight to ensure all Haitians have equal access to education, jobs, healthcare, and housing—the basic necessities for human flourishing.
We actively work against systemic poverty and discrimination that have held back Haiti's potential for generations.
We provide legal aid and advocacy services to ensure that every voice is heard and every right is protected under the law.
Our commitment extends to reforming broken governmental structures and supporting fair trade and employment practices that benefit the many, not just the few.
Lasting change must come with the people, not just for them. We believe in the wisdom, strength, and resilience of the Haitian people to lead their own transformation.
We invest in local leaders and grassroots organizations who understand their communities' needs better than any outsider could.
We create cooperatives and community-owned enterprises that build wealth within Haiti rather than extracting it.
We offer skill-based training and job creation that promote self-reliance and long-term independence from foreign aid.
Knowledge is power—and a fundamental human right. Education transforms not just individuals but entire communities and nations. It is the foundation upon which Haiti's future will be built.

When children learn, communities heal. When adults gain literacy and skills, families prosper. Education is not a luxury—it's the key that unlocks Haiti's potential.
Well-being is not a luxury—it's a necessity for human flourishing. Health encompasses physical, mental, and spiritual wholeness, and is a foundation for all other aspects of community development.
We build hospitals, mobile clinics, and urgent care centers to ensure that healthcare is accessible to all, even in remote areas.
We provide maternal care, mental health services, and medication access, recognizing that health needs are diverse and complex.
We ensure access to clean water and sanitation, the most basic yet crucial elements for preventing disease and promoting health.
By training local health workers and promoting preventive care, we build sustainable systems that will serve communities for generations to come.
Communities must have access to healthy, reliable food—grown locally whenever possible. Food sovereignty means that Haitians control their own food systems rather than depending on foreign imports or aid.
We provide emergency food relief with dignity and nutritional balance to address immediate hunger needs.
We establish gardens, co-ops, and sustainable farming practices to create local food sources.
We train youth and farmers in agriculture and permaculture, ensuring knowledge passes to the next generation.
We build local food systems free from exploitation, creating true food independence for Haiti.
Long-term resilience comes from strong, sustainable foundations. We build not just for today but for generations to come, using methods and materials that respect both people and the planet.
We heal the earth as we heal the people. Haiti's environmental challenges—from deforestation to pollution—directly impact human health, economic potential, and vulnerability to natural disasters.
We work to reforest degraded lands and coastlines, protecting against erosion and providing sustainable resources.
We invest in solar, wind, and clean energy alternatives that provide reliable power while protecting the environment.
We educate communities on climate change and resilience, empowering them to be stewards of their natural resources.
Global problems need global commitment. Haiti's challenges cannot be solved in isolation—they require the collaborative efforts of communities, nations, and cultures worldwide.
We are not just rebuilding Haiti; we are demonstrating how humanity can come together across borders to create positive change.
Through our work, we build bridges between communities, share knowledge and skills between countries, establish global volunteer pipelines, promote diplomatic partnerships, and recognize our shared humanity and interconnected futures.
When we stand in solidarity, we multiply our impact exponentially.
Children are not just the beneficiaries of our work—they are the reason and the reward. Every structure we build, every system we create, every seed we plant is an investment in Haiti's youngest citizens and those yet to be born.
Our commitment to children includes:

By focusing on children, we break generational cycles of poverty and trauma. We create space for joy, creativity, and hope to flourish—essential elements of any thriving society.
Local economies must thrive for communities to survive. Economic justice means creating systems where wealth is generated within communities rather than extracted from them.
We offer microloans and financial literacy training to help entrepreneurs start and grow businesses that serve local needs.
We build trade schools and entrepreneurship centers where Haitians can develop the skills needed for economic self-sufficiency.
We promote cooperative and social enterprise models that distribute benefits throughout the community rather than concentrating them.
We must be stewards of trust and resources. Every dollar donated, every volunteer hour given, and every promise made is sacred. We are accountable first to God, then to the communities we serve, and finally to our supporters worldwide.
We publish financial reports and maintain open books, ensuring that resources are used effectively and ethically.
We track and share real-time progress and impact, including both successes and challenges with honesty.
We include community voices in monitoring and evaluation, ensuring that our work truly serves their needs.

We believe that every child, every mother, and every community in Haiti—and across the globe—deserves a future built on dignity, opportunity, and love.
Through our initiative rooted in solidarity, justice, and action, we aim to rebuild Haiti from the ground up, starting with secure housing, access to clean water, food, healthcare, and education. From shelters and schools to agriculture and solar-powered infrastructure, our movement partners with individuals, organizations, and nations to empower the Haitian people in reclaiming their land, economy, and future.
This is not charity—it's collaborative restoration.
Many Haitian families currently live in overcrowded, unsafe shelters, often with 15–20 people sharing a single room. Slums and tent cities have become normalized due to lack of rebuilding after earthquakes and hurricanes.
Hundreds of thousands remain displaced since the 2010 earthquake and 2021 disasters. Homelessness is chronic and widespread across affected regions.
A safe home gives dignity, privacy, and health. Without it, diseases spread, mental health declines, and human worth is undermined. Our first priority is ensuring every family has a safe place to call home—one where women and children are protected, and human dignity is honored.
True development cannot occur if it only serves the few. Justice must begin with inclusion and equal access to life's necessities.
When access to quality education is equal, talent is unleashed. Entire communities can rise, reducing dependency and inequality.
Healthcare is a right, not a privilege. We're working to ensure that all Haitians have access to quality medical care regardless of wealth.
A fair system protects the vulnerable and holds the powerful accountable. Legal protection is key to upholding human rights for all.
When local leaders guide relief efforts, solutions become more sustainable and relevant to community needs. Most aid projects are currently externally managed, with Haitians having little say in their own recovery.
Our approach centers on:

Empowered people solve their own problems. By developing local skills and leadership, we create pathways out of poverty that don't depend on perpetual outside assistance.
Education is the root of every future solution—economic, political, and social. Currently, over half of Haitian children are out of school, with teachers underpaid, undertrained, or absent altogether.
Breaking the cycle of poverty begins with education for both adults and children. By rebuilding schools, training qualified teachers, providing necessary supplies, and creating opportunities for vocational training, we lay the foundation for Haiti's future prosperity.

Haiti has fewer than 30 hospitals serving 11 million people, with many unreachable in emergencies. Without proper healthcare, minor illnesses become fatal, and mothers and children die needlessly.
Our health initiatives include:
Healing communities must include emotional and psychological restoration alongside physical health.
Providing immediate food aid to address urgent hunger needs with dignity and nutritional balance.
Establishing community gardens and sustainable agricultural practices that work with Haiti's climate.
Teaching families about balanced diets and food preparation to maximize health benefits.
Creating local markets where farmers can sell produce and families can buy affordable, nutritious food.
Hungry people cannot heal, learn, or work. By addressing immediate needs while building sustainable local food systems, we create true food independence for Haiti.
Solid infrastructure is the backbone of any recovery—from learning to healing to working. Thousands of buildings remain in rubble, with many Haitians living in unsafe, temporary shelters years after disasters.
We build homes that can withstand future disasters using locally-sourced, sustainable materials and construction methods.
We develop water, sanitation, and renewable energy systems that function reliably even in remote communities.
We repair and build roads that connect communities to markets, schools, and healthcare facilities.
Massive deforestation has caused erosion, floods, and soil depletion throughout Haiti. Trees stabilize the land, protect from hurricanes, and support food systems.
Our environmental restoration initiatives include:

By healing Haiti's environmental wounds, we address many of the root causes of poverty and vulnerability, creating a more resilient future for generations to come.
When nations work hand in hand, hope becomes action. Many global efforts are currently short-term or misaligned with Haitian culture, while many eager volunteers lack clear pathways to help effectively.
We create cross-cultural collaborations based on mutual respect, learning, and long-term commitment to Haiti's wellbeing.
We establish clear, effective channels for international volunteers to contribute their skills in ways that truly help.
We advocate for the recognition that Haiti's challenges are humanity's challenges, deserving of global attention and response.

Orphanages in Haiti are often underfunded or unsafe, with thousands of children living on the streets. Children must be protected, cherished, and given a chance to thrive as God intended.
Our commitment to children includes:
By investing in childhood, we create stronger adults and communities for the future of Haiti.
Local businesses are key to long-term employment and community wealth. Currently, entrepreneurs are excluded from banks and capital, while vocational options are extremely limited.
Haiti faces one of the highest unemployment rates in the hemisphere, especially among young adults.
The majority of Haitians live below the poverty line, despite abundant natural resources and human potential.
When provided with training and initial capital, Haitian entrepreneurs show remarkable success rates in starting sustainable businesses.
Every brick laid by a local hand builds double: infrastructure and income. By investing in Haiti's economic potential, we create pathways to self-sufficiency and prosperity.
Corruption and mismanagement of aid has led to deep mistrust in Haiti. Donors and citizens alike deserve to know where every dollar goes and how decisions are made.
Our commitment to accountability includes:
Trust fuels change. Through transparent, ethical operations, we build confidence in our work and inspire others to join this sacred mission of rebuilding Haiti with dignity and hope.
